The ACCESS Forums serve as the platform's heartbeat, rotating every 18 months between Chile and Sweden. Hosted by a member university, these gatherings bring together the entire academic spectrum—from PhD students to senior researchers—to foster interdisciplinary, cross-border innovation.
ACCESS Research Framework
Our Framework centers on specific Focus Areas anchored to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This structure translates global goals into practical research tailored to Chile and Sweden by using an interdisciplinary approach that ensures diverse fields work in tandem to solve complex societal issues.
ACCESS Research
Since 2017, the ACCESS Forums have served as a dynamic incubator for global solutions, bridging the intellectual landscapes of Chile and Sweden. By facilitating over 53 interdisciplinary research themes to date, the platform moves beyond traditional academic silos to address complex, real-world problems.
